Paul focuses his practice on construction litigation, commercial litigation, real estate and general civil litigation matters. He has represented subcontractors, general contractors and owners in mechanic's lien matters and has handled numerous cases involving Exterior Insulation Finish System issues. In addition, Paul has handled  personal injury matters ranging from slip and falls to auto accidents involving traumatic brain injury.  

He was born in Washington, D.C. and received his  Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts in 1996 and received his Juris Doctorate degree from St. Louis University in 1999. He was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1999 and the Illinois Bar in 2000. He is a member of the Illinois Bar Association as well as the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
